This Moment

Do you ever pause to see it

Flow right before our eyes

There is only just this moment

In the next the future lies

And maybe I may have missed it

As on any other day

Or maybe I just didn’t know it

So I let it get away

N’ still I seem to find my dreams

Wrapped safely in your arms

There is only just this moment

But oh so many storms

So let the rain pour down

Let the flowers grow

Seek out the fountain of youth

In this moment, let it go

I don’t believe I’ve missed it

As on any other day

Living in this moment

So it will not get away
